“Kamomiru” is sort of the pinyin equivalent of the translation for “chamomile” in Japanese. Chamomile and Akashi are at the forefront of flavours in this cocktail.

How to: In a cocktail mixing glass add whisky, sake, sherry, syrup, bitters and ice. Stir for 10-15 seconds or until chilled. Single strain into a rocks glass with one single large ice cube. Garnish with a lemon zest.



50 ml Akashi Whisky
25 ml Yuzu Sake
15 ml Fino Sherry
15 ml Chamomile Syrup
1 dash Grapefruit Bitters
